1. Service Agreement

By engaging Snapshot Studio for visual production, you agree to the terms set forth herein. All assignments are governed by a formal booking contract detailing coverage hours, deliverable timelines, and crew sizes.

2. Booking & Retainer Policy

Dates are reserved exclusively upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable booking retainer and signed agreement. The remaining balance is due on or before the final event date.

3. Production & Delivery Timelines

• Digital Sneak Peeks: Highlight selections delivered within 48 hours for immediate family or PR distribution.
• Full Color-Graded Vault: Complete digital master vaults delivered within 14 to 21 business days.
• Handcrafted Albums & Cinema Films: Delivered within 4 to 6 weeks following client photo selection approval.

4. Copyright & Usage Rights

Snapshot Studio retains author copyright over all produced media. Clients are granted perpetual, non-exclusive personal printing and sharing rights. Corporate packages include commercial usage rights as detailed in individual enterprise contracts.
